Permissions

 Desil has the ability to control characters he has had any significant amount of CR with.  He will likely use this ability to take advantage of the weak-willed and make them do his dirty work.  His hold can be broken with enough effort or if he's distracted and it only works for a limited amount of time before he gets tired.  Please comment with any characters he's allowed to use this ability on.  Details will always be discussed beforehand.
